The Cost per Action or more commonly known as the CPA is a form of the internet marketing. In this form of marketing a product or service is advertised on a website with a small description and a URL guiding to the advertising page. The fee of this form of advertising is determined by the specific ‘actions’ of the user. For example the publisher may charge the advertiser when a user fills out a form at his website. The advertiser will bear the cost of ‘testing’ and the publisher will take the advertisement only if it has proven itself in the benchmarking phase.
